I had a week-long stay at Rydges Rotorua and absolutely loved it. The staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely lovely throughout my stay. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, they were there straight away. The bar staff were fantastic, and a special mention to Jamie, who manages the food, beverages, bar and buffet — she was more than accommodating, so warm and helpful, and really made the experience feel welcoming. It was such a positive stay that I’m already looking forward to coming back again.
