I originally planned a shorter stay, but I ended up extending it because of the exceptional experience at this hotel. The level of hospitality is outstanding. Every member of the team makes you feel welcome and cared for. A special thank you once again to Lahcen, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and proactive attitude are simply exceptional. He consistently goes above and beyond to anticipate our needs and deliver service of the highest standard. A real asset to the hotel. Having stayed at this hotel many times over the years, I can genuinely see the positive impact of the new management. The attention to quality is reflected everywhere, from the thoughtful in-room amenities to the immaculate facilities and the positive energy of the entire team. Congratulations to all for creating an environment where guests don't just enjoy their stay, they choose to stay even longer. I certainly did, and I will happily return again.

I have been coming to Mövenpick Marrakech for many years, both with my daughter for family stays and regularly for work, and I can honestly say this visit felt different. There is a noticeable new touch and a renewed level of excellence throughout the hotel. It is clear that there is an outstanding new management behind this transformation. The improvements are visible everywhere: the quality and presentation of the breakfast buffet, the thoughtful touches in the rooms, the foot massages by the pool, the beautifully maintained infrastructure and facilities, and above all, the genuine care of the team. A very special thank you to Lahcen, who truly embodies world-class hospitality. His attention to detail, exceptional professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made us feel like royalty. It is rare to meet someone so dedicated to ensuring every guest feels genuinely valued. A true Gem. I would also like to warmly thank Soumia and Najia from guest services for their kindness, efficiency, and constant smiles. Together, they create an atmosphere where guests feel welcomed, cared for, and at home. This stay reminded me why I keep coming back. Congratulations to the entire team for raising the bar and delivering a level of service that rivals the finest luxury hotels. I look forward to returning again very soon.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. I especially appreciated the warm welcome, the thoughtful guidance provided to guests, the hotel’s unique activities, and their flexibility with the check-out time. A truly enjoyable stay.
