I assume at a better time of the year (January) this hotel is better. However, not having any services -- not a cup of coffee or tea or anyone to assist you during most of the day - really made me sorry we stayed in this hotel. There is literally a person at the desk only from 8:00 to 12:00 and then 16:00 to 20:00. I guess this would be fine if there was a coffee maker or an electric kettle in the room. I like a cup of tea when I get up, but I had to wait for the desk person to come in at 8:00 to get hot water. This was unacceptable to me. The thing that really bothered me was how unpleasant and rude the desk person was at each of my encounters with him. He acted like we should have been honored to have him assist us. I will never stay here again.
