Areti was an overall nice facility and the reception staff couldn't be any nicer. We had a private balcony facing the back and our room was comfortable. There was a basic breakfast offered with coffee, but this was more than adequate for us. My only complaint would be the very small size of the shower. The location to Kamari Beach is great, but to go to Fira or Oia you definitely need transportation. Note if you do the Fira to Oia walk you still would need to take a bus or taxi back to Fira (or vice versa).
