I have stayed at this hotel for many years because of its location and comfort, but the service has become increasingly unprofessional. On multiple visits, they tried to give me a lower-quality room instead of the room I booked. Even the first time I stayed there, I booked a premium 12-series room, but they gave me a single-person room and said the room was unavailable, without offering a proper explanation. A staff member named Pritam was especially rude and unprofessional. Recently, the staff created issues at almost every visit, and the situation became unacceptable on my last stay. A senior female staff member even complained about my partner during check-in, and the room arrangement became a problem only because we connected two beds for our comfort. Instead of understanding the situation, they accused us of ruining the room setup. This hotel has good potential, but if the staff continue behaving this way and repeatedly try to give guests lower-category rooms, it will damage the hotel’s reputation. The management seriously needs to improve staff professionalism and guest treatment.
